Eduardo Madeira

 Eduardo Madeira holds a degree in Economics, a postgraduate degree in Marketing and Advertising, and is a specialist in public projects and finance. He currently coordinates the Financing and Investment Unit of the São Paulo State Secretariat of Tourism and Travel, and works as a Tourism Project Consultant for the São Paulo Agency for Investment Promotion and Competitiveness (InvestSP), with a focus on the São Paulo State Tourism Credit Program.

 Throughout his professional career, he worked in the federal government, implementing various Public Policy Development Programs and Projects, financed by international banks and multilateral credit organizations. His work included the Ministry of Finance, where he modernized the fiscal and administrative systems of Brazilian municipalities and served as an instructor at the Federal Government's School of Public Finance Administration, and the Ministry of Mines and Energy, where he worked on programs to universalize access to and use of electricity. However, he particularly excelled in the General Coordination of the National Program for the Development and Structuring of Tourism, the Prodetur Nacional, at the Ministry of Tourism, where he was awarded in 2018 for his significant contribution to the development of the tourism sector, notably for the creation of the +Tourism Seal of the Prodetur+Tourism Program.

 Previously worked in the private sector, in financial institutions (Banco do Brasil, Banco BBA, Banco Credtanstalt, Unibanco Financeira and Banco Unibanco), where he acquired extensive experience in the financial market, in the roles of financial analyst, project analyst and business manager, currently focusing on products and business and investment opportunities for the Tourism Sector.
